How to use
Lightly mist face, neck and décolleté throughout the day as needed. Can be used before applying KERACELL® serums and moisturizers as a carrier to extend your skin care products. May be used to set makeup. This refreshing and rejuvenating formula is also ideal as the final step for facial treatments.
